If Time magazine says it it must be real. Even the Googlers up in Paolo Alto are at it - taking time in the day to be truly mindful. I'm a big proponent of anything that involves meditation as it's like hitting the reset button in our otherwise busy and stressful lives. One of the best tools I've found that you can check out on a free trial is the app from www.headspace.com. They put forward that just 10minutes of mindful meditation a day can really help you out.
